Great device. It’s a great tablet for everyday use: reading, taking notes, and light office work.

Great for Foreflight. This iPad runs Foreflight really well. It has held up over 1200 flight hours with zero issues in the cockpit. It will overheat in direct sunlight as will anything. It seems to recover when shaded rapidly. Screen time of a out 5 hours on the brightest setting.

Wonderful iPad. I bought this for my nephews to use for college and they love it! The performance, speed, screen, and everything is truly top notch. It was a bit pricy but totally worth it. I got the 256GB storage as my nephews needed plenty of space. I highly recommend this iPad if you can afford it. I debated on the 10th generation and this one. After looking at several reviews, this is the one I choose for the superior features and performance. It costs a bit more but is well worth it!

Good value. I bought this to replace an aging series 5 iPad, knowing full well the rumors are numerous that Apple is ready to come out with a new vision of the iPad Air, possibly two new releases. The price of this iPad at about $150 less than a newer possible version, assuming the pricing remains the same, made this an obvious choice. It has more power than I will ever use and definitely worth the price.

iPad Air is awesome. I received this iPad Air as my Christmas gift and have been using it for about two weeks. First, this new version of iPad is very impressive and has many upgrades that my older iPad does not have. It has been awhile since I had a new iPad so this was new to me on how to transfer info from the old to the new. The transfer process was quick. I merely set the two devices side by side. Followed some prompts and the machines began to talk to each other and transfer info automatically. The iPad Air charges fast and the battery life is also great. My older iPad was constantly on charge but the new device holds its charge for a long time.Another item I love is having the ability to use a pen to write items on the iPad and to point to text, material or games quickly. It saves a lot of time and keeps notes, too. Sadly, the cover I purchased is larger and a bit heavier to carry since there is a space to hold the pen. While it protects the iPad it is bulky and does not fit in my carry case. There are some cons. I’m still learning other features and have not mastered the ability to delete prior viewed documents. Wish there was an online training manual I could read to show me all of the options that this new machine can complete. I also miss some of the features that my old ipad offered, such as the separate button found by itself on the side of the screen. I sometimes accidentally hit the online dash at bottom of screen to go back to the homepage. I am sure I will get used to all of the new features but I still find myself comparing the old to the new. Overall, this is a nice iPad Air and I love the color blue.

Updated review: 3 months in and still LOVE it. This iPad is compatible with the Apple Pencil (2nd generation) which I strongly preferred over all the other pencils, so it was important to me to find an iPad that was compatible with that particular pencil. That pencil will magnetically attach to the iPad and will charge from the iPad rather than having to connect a charger to the pencil, so I thought that was neat.I use this iPad mainly for digital art, note taking, and writing books. It gets used for a 3-6 hours everyday and I always leave it turned on 24/7 and I only end up having to charge it every 3-4 days. I take it everywhere with me because while it’s not very small, it’s still smaller than any laptop and will fit in a large purse or tote that I carry around daily lol. It’s great for graphic designers, digital artists, and/or students who need to take notes, study, do projects, or write papers (get a keyboard case for typing) and so much more. When drawing and making my digital art, the pencil glides across the screen so smoothly like an ink pen on paper, there is no LAG, no funky looking results or anything when drawing, everything comes out the exact same way that I draw it on the screen. And this is way better than buying a graphic tablet and having to hook it up to a laptop or PC. I haven’t had a laggy experience with doing anything on the iPad at all so far. Everything loads up and syncs up quite quickly I just love it soooo much. I got the wifi+cellular one but I don’t use the cellular connection, only the wifi connection. But I got cellular anyway in case I change my mind one day if I find that relying heavily on wifi everywhere I go, just to use my iPad, is no longer an option. But I probably won’t though since my phone has a hotspot and majority of the time I just connect it to that if I’m not at home to use wifi, still works like a charm.I am very pleased with my purchase and this was 100% worth the money. I do wish I had more storage though, I got the 256GB one but I wish they made this model with 1TB or 2TB storage.. But I’m not complaining because I haven’t nearly run out of storage or anything, I’m just afraid that I will create so many files or download so many apps that one day I MIGHT actually run 🏃♂️ out 😅 but that day is probably a long way away.

The iPad Air 5th Generation WiFi 256GB is a true gem. Its sleek design, stunning Liquid Retina display, and snappy A15 Bionic chip make it a powerhouse. With 256GB of storage, I have ample room for all my apps, photos, and files. The WiFi connectivity is reliable, and it effortlessly handles everything from productivity tasks to graphic-intensive games. The Apple Pencil compatibility adds versatility, and the device is incredibly portable. Though it’s a bit pricier than some alternatives, the iPad Air 5th Gen’s combination of performance, storage, and style make it a fantastic choice for both work and leisure. Highly recommended!

Can’t believe how quickly Amazon delivered it. Shopped Apple Store, and other vendors, Amazon had the best deal. You don’t need to buy
from a retailer who will download your existing information. Apple has simple instructions to download yourself and you don’t need to be a computer guru.

I wanted a new iPad that I could work with the Apple Pencil for drawing purposes. I’ve owned many Apple products before, and it works just as expected. My only gripe is too thin for my tastes and makes me worry it would break from too much pressure, unless there’s a case on it (which I got shortly afterwards). It’s much faster than my old iPad and has a much longer battery life to it, which is helpful for my 8+ hours of consistent drawing/similar usage. Works perfect for me, and would recommend for any Apple user.

Works well, but slightly disappointed it doesn’t look anything like the picture I saw everywhere with the purple scrolling; it’s just plain silver; but it works well. I replaced a 7 year old, well used iPad that the battery swelled. The “touch” is not as responsive as I would expect when typing but I’m getting used to paying closer attention and slowing down to avoid typos. It charges quickly and holds the charge all day, and it’s in all day running something. Pleased with the purchase.
